Shasta Property Wash Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Shasta Property Wash’s services. By engaging Shasta Property Wash, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Services

Shasta Property Wash provides exterior cleaning services, including pressure washing, soft washing, deck and fence cleaning, and gutter cleaning. We strive to provide high-quality service, but we cannot guarantee specific results. We will use reasonable care and skill in performing our services.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept most payment methods, e.g., cash, checks, credit cards.  Late payments may incur late fees as outlined in our invoice.

3. Liability

Shasta Property Wash is not responsible for damage to property that is not directly caused by our work. We will use reasonable care to avoid damage to your property. However, we are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing at shastapropertywash@gmail.com or via phone at 530-248-6644. Cancellation policies may apply, depending on the circumstances. Please contact us for details.
